Here in Arise we do not just believe that the Youth are the next generation – God has placed a burden on us to embrace the present ministry! At least twice a year the Sunday service is turned over to the youths to minister to the adults, and we study alongside our parents and guardians in the main church.
We also organise camp-outs, socials and outreach where spirit, soul and body are ministered to.

Not at all – Jesus was known as a friend of people who were far from God. The question is who is influencing whom. Be the salt and light in your friendships, keep close Christian friends who strengthen you, and talk to us if a friendship starts pulling you away from your faith.
Great question – one almost every Christian asks. God speaks first and foremost through His Word, so anything you sense will always agree with the Bible. It usually brings peace rather than pressure, and it is confirmed over time through prayer, wise leaders and circumstances. Keep a journal of what you sense and talk it through with a youth leader – we love these conversations.
